How we can help

Centrelink Applications can be stressful, and our services are designed to guide and support you through the process.

Initial Meeting

We begin with assessing your income and assets to establish which benefits apply, this includes reviewing how to maximise benefit payments.

Next, we’ll identify the Supporting Documents required to prove identity, assets and income. Additionally, we can provide assistance to access your MyGov and Centrelink online accounts.

Application Meeting

During the application meeting we will complete all relevant documents via MyGov and Centrelink with you, including the upload of all requested documents. We may ask you to bring along Supporting Documents to this meeting.

Upon submission of your application, Centrelink will provide an estimated date of completion that we will diligently monitor.

Application Progress

There may be requests for additional information which we will monitor and source from you and upload as required.

No correspondence is received by the estimated completion date, we will proactively follow-up to determine the cause of the delay and work towards a new projected completion date. Furthermore, we will ensure that any entitlements are back dated to when the application was originally submitted.

Application Completion

If your application is successful we will communicate the entitlements to you, advise the payment date and any ongoing requirements.

If entitlements are incorrect, we’ll submit an objection on your behalf and monitor it’s progress.
